CP Rail's 50' Hawker Siddeley Newsprint Cars were specialized boxcars designed for transporting newsprint and other paper products.
These cars were 50'6" feet in length, providing ample space for large paper rolls. CP Rail began acquiring these 50' Hawker Siddeley boxcars in the mid to late 1960's and were in service into the early 2000's.
